Bachelor degree and equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in FIE;
- Familiar with Human Resource management policy and operations;
- Knowledge of PRC HR laws & regulations;
- Self-Initiative,drive for result and positive
- Good command of oral and written English & Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and team work;
- Good planning, organizing, coordinating capacity;

1.As HR business partner, proactively gather departmental HR needs and provide professional and timely support and solution;
2.Implement actions to improve employee engagement ;
3.Responsible for employee relationship planning and activities ;
4.Conduct weekly round table meeting,rational Suggestion Management;
5.Responsible for effective internal communication, newsletter and Bulletins;
6.In charge of employee activities, such as Annual Party, Family Day etc.
