Bachelor degree and equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in FIE;
- Familiar with Human Resource management policy and operations;
- Knowledge of PRC HR laws & regulations;
- Self-Initiative，drive for result and positive
- Good command of oral and written English & Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and team work;
- Good planning, organizing, coordinating capacity;
- Customer orientation and people orientation;

1．As HR business partner, proactively gather departmental HR needs and provide professional and timely support and solution;
2．Implement actions to improve employee engagement ;
3．Responsible for employee relationship planning and activities ;
4．Conduct weekly round table meeting，rational Suggestion Management;
5．Responsible for effective internal communication, newsletter and Bulletins;
6．In charge of employee activities, such as Annual Party, Family Day etc.
